We weren't planning on buying but the price I was able to get on an upgraded model compared to competitors. Please ask for Richard S. He made the process easy no BS process. He found me the car in a limited availability scenario. Nothing to say but good things. Thank you Richard for playing it straight and getting me that car.
Waited 45 days to get an appointment. No loaner cars. Can’t even begin to show my frustration. Service guy was about as apathetic as they come.
We had our work truck for service at EsteroBay Chevrolet, they took for ever to “fixed” so we pick it up on 06/23/2022 and when my partner was coming back to his house the truck broke again same issue ( brakes) , but this time that issue caused more repairs at this date we haven’t have the truck fixed they are giving us explanations ( excuses) that for this reason or for another reason the truck still unfixed. I’m very frustrated with them nobody cares about our truck we made a big mistake buying a Chevy work truck at this point I don’t know what I’m supposed to do because i don’t want to still paying for a truck that is always in the service department.
