This place is awesome! Manny rocks. He's always been a huge help. He's worked on my 2017 Silverado a few times over the years and has done a great job. Today I had an issue with one of my tires. Manny's was recommended to me by a family member as an honest and economical automotive service shop, and I took my vehicle to them two times. Manny and his people are pleasant and polite, but my reason for the one-star rating is their mark-up on parts. For example, a re-manufactured Mass Flow Sensor, available RETAIL through a number of local and online sources for less than $40.00 was marked up to $152.00; an EGR tube, available RETAIL at Walker Ford Parts Department for $37.15 was marked up to $106.76. I understand that parts mark-up is a part of every auto repair transaction, but the prices I was quoted by parts departments are RETAIL, not the discounted prices available to a service center/reseller. I am reluctant to do business with them again because parts don't need to be marked up so much—a whopping 285% for the EGR tube and 380% for the Mass Flow Sensor.

Fabulous people. Rode by on bikes and had a problem needing special Allen wrenches and pliars we did not have. They were gracious to help us out... No questions asked. The works would be a better place with more people and companies like this. Thanks April!!! We appreciate you!
