Bruce European Motors was great and I’ve decided they’re my new mechanics. I had an issue after getting my oil changed and I got 3 quotes to fix the problem. They beat the best price by 30%. They also answer the phone promptly and will communicate via text if that is preferred. Definitely recommend.
My AC was not working for months. I had two other mechanics try to diagnose and estimate the fix at $1500 to $2k. I found a great recommendation about David on the NextDoor app. He’s honest, kind and knows BMWs and he fixed my AC without over charging me. I’m happy to say I found my go to mechanic. Professional shop that offers high quality service at Fair Prices. I have taken my vehicle here on many occasions and the problem was identified and resolved usually within 24hrs. I used to take my truck to Mercedes for everything. However, I get the same quality work at a more reasonable price here.
