Great communication skills. They did the job on time. I feel comfortable with the quality of their work and the warranty is excellent. The prices seem fair. I feel relief that I've found a place that I can count on [a friend recommended them]. We only have one car. There must've been a change of hands as a service is gone out the bottom. Mike was my former customer service rep and was fantastic! Thorough, conscientious, professional, friendly. Today I had Jen. Sour, unfriendly, made no recommendations for future service, did not review the condition of my car as Mike always had, and she tried to over charge me $20. She got even more sour when I protested. When I got home I realized my windshield fluid had not been refilled nor had a sticker been put on windshield to let me know when next oil change recommended. Very sad that Mike is gone the place has gone downhill - I will not be back. Service: Oil change

My driver door was acting strangely and not opening randomly - I took it in and these guys listened and took notes of when the issue would most commonly occur. They were able to duplicate the issue and determine my door lock actuator had failed. We got the part replaced and I had my car back washed and ready to go. Super pleased with how the experience went and very happy to have a functional driver door again. Awesome group of people here with a calm, stress free environment. Service: Electrical repair
