Couldn’t be more happier with the service I got for my Mercedes. After two trials of shops around, water testing on my leaking roof/sunroof, my car was floated inside. From stained interior to water damaged lights… I was lost and shops gave me run around. I called and they were able to get me in asap. Gently tested my car and called me with an answer. Not an answer I wanted to hear but at least I was given a solution and piece of mind that it WILL get repaired. Brad was wonderful with keeping me up to date. I will only come to gulf coast European from now own. I will never return to Mercedes dealer ship.

We mostly dealt with Brad and he was amazing! He has excellent communication & follow up; explained things in layman’s terms and kept us abreast of the work. When the (additional) work needed was going to cost more than the car is worth, he was very transparent about that. My mother is on a fixed income & I very much appreciated & respected his honesty. My car broke down 30 miles from my beach destination. The staff was wonderful! They took my car, diagnosed it, fixed it, and even gave a ride to the hotel. They had it fixed within three days. What started out as a “tragic event” turned out to be a VERY satisfied customer. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
