Warning!!!!!!! Do not get your vehicle towed by NAPA Auto Care of Cape Coral. The towing bill was $175.00 and our car was towed 5 miles. They rip people off during crisis's after car accidents. Wes told us the tow would be $150.00 which was crazy to begin with. They charged $25.00 additional time fee. $35.00 storage fee per day and $75.00 records check and administration. All they say about it is the insurance company will pay it. Thank this company when your insurance company raises your premium.
The best place in the Cape to bring your vehicle. They will give you an honest and reasonable estimate and will not try and sell you services/parts you don’t need.
The guys at Napa are the best! You never have to return for the same problem, it is fixed the first time. Prices are reasonable and the job is completed fast. All parts that are replaced are given to you. They do not do unnecessary work, you can ask for it, but if it is not needed, they will not DO IT! LOVE THIS SHOP!
