Jo was great. My car is 10 years old with over 165K. I knew I needed brakes when I brought the car to him. I also knew that at 165K miles the car would require other maintenance. I contacted Honda before reaching out to Jo. Honda wanted my first born. I could have bought a new car, so I called Jo. We reviewed everything and scheduled an appointment. I brought my car in and worked from him shop while they performed the work needed on my car.
