The work I believe was satisfactory. But the owner tim is very disrespectful and very arrogant. As a 63 year old business man myself i could never stay in business if i talked to people like he talked to me. I talked to him before I posted this review. Not my desire to slam anybody with a bad reveiw it does hurt business I guess he just doesn't care I will never bring anything to him again. And even charge me $50 more than what we agreed on. I had a rack pinion changed. Money was never an issue he complained because I called more than 2 or 3 times to see if my car was done not that I wasn't in a rush. I just wanted to make sure I picked it up in timely mater and pay him probably just because that how i live. He ridiculed me for calling him too much and got very rude and arrogant heck with him. I will never bring anything to him again. Dont do business with anyone that talks disrespectful to their customers customers always should be honored and respected

I called Friday 08-12-22 - 2 pm made appointment to drop car off next Tuesday // Dropped car off Tuesday 08-16-2022 - 1:30pm. Right away I was surprised you didn't have to fill out any paperwork the owner wrote all the information down on a little Notepad, that should have been a Red Flag. // Called Friday 08-24-22 -11:45 am to see what progress they have made - He said they were still diagnosing the car and it was next in line for electronic diagnostic, they didn't want to put a transmission in if it didn't need one. // After reading some more of the reviews I decided to go get my car.// 08-30-22 WENT and picked my car up and it looked like they moved my car about 15ft. I went inside to get the keys to my car the owner was on the phone and handed me my keys on the way out I asked him I guess you couldn't figure out what was wrong and he shook his head no. Whoever moved my car did not wash their hands and left grease prints everywhere they touched and they were also snooping. They ha
