I took my car to Christian Brothers on 5/26 after being notified that both of my back break lights were out. I made an appointment the day prior and was told to bring it in "no later than 8am" which I complied with. After not hearing anything at 1pm I called and was notified that my car was next. They were hoping it was just the bulbs even though they went out at the same time but I'm no mechanic. I received a call at 2 telling me that it was not the bulbs and that they would have to do a diagnostic to see where the problem was but that they didn't have time to do it that day. I then asked if I would be able to get a courtesy ride home if I was able to drop it off. I was told that I lived 17 miles away and they only drive 7 and that "maybe you could get someone to bring you closer and we can pick you up". Went with them bc I needed same day repair; wouldn't have otherwise. They practice like a dealership to milk as much money from you as they can. Over $500 to replace a fan. Includes a BS $75 fee for "vibration testing, because the mechanic has to get paid". You can offer free whole car inspection, but i have to pay extra for you to realize that vibrating fan i told you about is the issue? They just want all the money they can get out of you. When leaving, service guy randomly tells me how there are over 400 locations, as if that should imply trust into them. Save your money, go elsewhere.

If I could give no starts I genuinely would. Christain brothers has had my car for 3 months!! I’ve held out on putting a review but it’s been too long to justify not posting a review. I brought my car in on June 9th for a new water pump, they gave me a big list of a bunch of stuff my car needed, not knowing better I signed off on almost everything minus an oil change. They’ve returned my car to me twice, both with the engine light on, if not right away within 4 hours of having my car back, and had me use my triple a to tow it back to them!! The first time I went to pick up my car I paid the total I owed them, at this point I’ve had to purchase a new car to get to and from work. I’m now in the worse financial situation I’ve ever been in my life. Over $5000 paid to Christain brothers for them to have my car for 3 months, 3 weeks of not being able to work due to lack of transportation, eventually I got a rental car which was over a $1000 because they kept pushing back the day my car would
