I’ve been going to Bergman’s for years to have my 2011 BMW 550i serviced and for large repairs. The team is very knowledgeable and good at communicating what’s required. They also know when to defer to the BMW dealer when necessary. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change
Took my car for oil change and inspection. Carl and Steven were great. Carl called me as soon as they were done and gave me details of problems with my car. Got in and out fast. Great place for my Mercedes and me!
10/10 would recommend Bergman's for those with European cars. I had a great experience with them, they were super friendly and very clear about what was getting done to the car. They worked on my car for half the price of what it would have cost at the dealership, so I think they have very fair pricing and are honest about what work you actually need done or even work you could easily do yourself for cheaper.
