If I could give them a 10 star review I would! From beginning to end, they were excellent! My insurance company recommended them and I am so grateful! Their professionalism, attention to detail and constant communication with me was outstanding! Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I should, I wouldn’t hesitate to! 3 hours waiting for a pre-scheduled oil change. Even arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I was on time. I do not recommend buying the warranty / oil changes because of this. You could instead go to Take 5 and have your oil changed in 10 minutes or less.
I’m very disappointing about Cox CHEVY after 7 years doing business with them. Today I’d had an appointment for an oil change and I’d waited in my car after over 30 minutes waiting on the service advisor,finally Scott Zimmerman came to my car after walking pass my car several times never acknowledge me then he finally said that he’ll be with me in a minute,after acknowledging him “ok” he just stooled next to my door like he was in another world. Then he walked away and again I’m waiting and waiting and he finally walks out of the shop and just stood by the shop in a daze like he was a lost or something. Finally I tired of waiting and I just left and got my oil change somewhere else. Also I should mention that people that came after me were getting service before me! That was unprecedented! Sorry but I think I’ll take my car for services somewhere else now on.
