First time I used this shop. Good solid shop. Friendly guys. Steve and Mike very courteous toward me. Shop busy but cleaner than many, a sign of a first-class organization. I just picked up my car today after having had replaced the regulators and motors of three of the four power windows. I’m expecting solid performance from the replacements.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Steve and Rich were very communicative, honest, fair, and kind. They took the time to educate me on what was going on and we’re upfront about everything. I had never been here prior to this experience, but read the google reviews and took a chance. I have been looking for a mechanic like this my whole life! It’s no surprise at all they’ve been in business as long as they have. Bring your vehicle here and you won’t be disappointed.

There's nothing worse than having to get a tire fixed on a business trip. Even worse when you're in a brace for a torn hamstring. I was in Florida for a work trip and was trying to repair a low tire at the gas station when the guys at General Auto Repair saw me struggling and offered to help. Not only did they help me, but they did it at no charge. Even offered me lunch while I was waiting and pushed my car to first priority. The service here was above and beyond!
