Aside from the horrible job they did repairing my vehicle they always displayed the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. The poor service comes down from the manager/owner, Daisy. After expressing my issues to Daisy, she displayed her rude character and lack of human decency by not only hanging up on me but also refusing to accept any responsibility for the poor performance of her employees but also herself. Excel held my vehicle hostage for months due to parts being on “backorder”. I grew fed up after hearing my vehicle would be pushed back another month and took it upon myself to locate the remaining parts. After receiving the part numbers from Excel, I located all remaining parts in ONE DAY and then magically they were able to get my vehicle ready in the next 3 days. However the vehicle is not fixed adequately, parts are not flush and I now have electrical issues with my vehicle as well. This has been a horrible experience from beginning to end. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Beautiful repair took about two weeks but It came back perfect that’s all that matters. Super professional team & and they kept me updated with every step. If you’re looking for cosmetic repairs I would HIGHLY recommend.

At 3am hit a painted black cement pole leaving an apartment complex that had removed its security gate but never the pole callbox and after you make this sharp right turn BAM a flipping pole you hit your lights would never see. I went back with my Impala backup car and recorded a video for insurance to understand the lighting and how i hit this stupid pole. Excel AutoBody fixed my car. I hit that pole just right causing an almost totaled vehicle. But they got it right thankfully. Car still runs today.
