Great reasonable prices... Which is a huge plus.... Cotto is really cool... Friendly... Three stars only because he had to order parts and I was told two days... And those two days turned into over a week... Not big on communicating with updates... I had to call several times.... Its a very busy shop.... I would definitely recommend... I just think he needs a receptionist or something to help with organizing with scheduling customers.... Other than that GREAT PLACE.... KNOWLEDGEABLE... FAST.... AND I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK.. AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
Customer service is on point and he doesn’t try to fix things that arent broken. He’s honest, fair and fast. I like that he allows you to watch him work as well.
We were having car trouble on 95 and mapped to the nearest place off the highway to get it checked out. Cotto squeezed us in end of day as a walk in and was super nice. Great service.
