First time customer. Car was ready when promised and at exactly at the price quoted, which was significantly less than price given at another shop. I can see why Doug maintains five well deserved stars! Thanks so much.
A pleasure hiring an auto repair company that knows what they are doing. Service was prompt, very reasonable, and knowledgeable. All in all I'm calling this outfit a real find!
I haven't been to Doug in a long time because we live pretty far away and it became difficult for us to coordinate transportation now but I highly recommend him. He's a straight shooter and a darn good mechanic. A couple times he has even recommended that we NOT have certain services done (or at least postponed) depending on cost, etc. An honest businessman! [Doug, if you read this, I hope you're doing well!)
