I want to say, meeting Jim for the first time I was impressed and delighted, really. My 02 Jetta with 300k got what she needed, in record time to my delight. Jim's quote for work was pleasurably reasonable and accurate. I felt I was talking to an old friend as we chatted about my VW road plan along with a history lesson of the region which I thoroughly enjoyed! Jim's old time service, is from a bygone era where the customer is treated with importance and care that they deserve! Call him and see for yourself.
