Fanatic, obsessive perfection. I've brought various cars here for body work over the years. The experience is the same every time - no matter how big or small the damage, when they're done it's as if it had never happened. On top of that, the customer service is great. They go above and beyond to make it easy to get an estimate, drop off the car, and pick it up again when it's done (which is consistently when promised). They also have a great working relationship with all the big insurance companies, which also helps to make it a painless experience. Top-notch professionalism and complete dedication to craftsmanship.

Westport Auto Craft is absolutely amazing. 100% recommend. I have brought two of my cars here for auto body repair and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Went through this business after a car accident. They did a decent job with the repairs for the most part. Communication wasn’t the best and they gave/continue giving me the run around about something that needs to be fixed in my trunk. I’ve been “waiting” for this piece to come in since March now. Lol. I know it’s not coming in, but I love calling in for Rob to act like he’s calling Honda and then coming back with a bogus timeline. Now, my trunk shuts awkwardly, but what ever, I’m not dealing with the hassle anymore. My car drives.. but if I pay for a complete service, I would like all of it done & for you guys to honor your promise of fixing my trunk “the following week”. Service: Body & Trim
