Quoted at 30 for a oil change ended up spending 90 at checkout, to make it better my car was dropped off at 11:20 and its scheduled to be out by 3? Oil changes dont take not even 15 minutes on a proffesional hand. I will not return here or recommend anyone to come. Guys are talking in the garage more often that they are working so they can charge you for labor.

When in the parking lot I called to inquire how long it would take to fix a flat tire, the advisor Dennis stated it would take half an hour so I went inside. An hour later I asked about getting my vehicle and he stated that I had to be patient with a smirk on his face and stated being there for an hour is not bad when you take a car any where for service. They were just fixing a flat tire no further service. When my key was finally brought in he grabbed two folders and went to the back making me wait longer. I was there for an hour and 20 mins for a service that should have been a half hour. Had I known it was going to take that long I would’ve gone else where since I had two small children with me hence why I called from the parking lot before going inside. So don’t believe the time frame they tell you. And Dennis was a jerk!

Everybody there was super awesome and helpful Joseph found the object in my tire and took care of me with a tire patch.
