I was in a jam - needing immediate repairs on my Brakes, Pads & Rotors. Explaining my situation, Saimir calmly asked if I could get the vehicle to him. Despite no appointment, he and his staff took care of me on the spot. Not only did he explain the issue but showed me the problem.
