Why does this place look & operate like a street mechanic garage? (No shade on street mechanics) The techs smoking cigarettes & throwing the butts on the ground. The techs eating while in the garage. The techs cursing. The techs walking around talking to each other. It takes a half hour just to have someone come get the cars info. Is there no manager here to keep the techs in check?! Unprofessional in my opinion.
My car had a bad smell I assumed it was time for an oil change my dealership was booked for a few weeks so I decided to check Jiffy Lube out. The Two men that worked on my car Mr. Sanjay, and Nexty were excellent they were knowledgeable, professional, fast, and friendly. It turned out I had a dead rodent in the engine the guys did an oil change and helped with the removal of the rodent. I recommend this place. Thank you guys for such great customer service.
