Terrible customer service. Had them assigned to us through our road side assistance. Got a call from them and they claimed they would have to call us back. We didn’t receive a call back for 30minutes so we called them. Person we spoke to claimed they “forgot”. It seemed like as soon as we answer the question of where were wanted to be towed (not to their garage) we were told they had 7 before us and laughed when we said we were stranded on the highway. Called back our roadside company and got paired with a much more professional company.

Chris was the tow tech that picked up my car, at my home. He was courteous on the phone,very prompt , and extremely professional. The fees were given to me up front. Paying was very easy, via credit card, right in my driveway. He asked all the pertinent informationsuch as nature of my problem, my personal information obviously, and who a contact would be where I was having the car sent. I told him and He obviously got everything correct becauseHe obviously got everything correct as there was follow through at the the tow destinations that received the car. Had a young man come and tow my car. Very pleasant and professional. I had already waited more than two hours for AAA. Darrell's came in less than a half hour. Very interesting discussion about cars. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
