This is the second time I have gone there for emissions. It was so quick and easy and the waiting area is very nice, with green plants and interesting old toy trucks.. The crew at Central Ct.Tire are awesome! Ron and Mike always try to fit me in their schedule when I need a repair. I have total trust in them and the staff there to fix my vehicle. Everyone is friendly ..it's like being with family when I go there!

I was quite distressed having gone to a Valvoline for a simple oil change and came out with a cracked oil pan. I have been quoted estimates from $300 all the way to $700 to do the repair. As a single mom of four, I was less than unhappy that this Bill had occurred. I continue to call around and look for a suitable place for the repair. I called Central Connecticut tire and service for an estimate on my repair and replacement of the cracked oil pan. I spoke with a gentleman there who was so pleasant and so eager to offer his help that I began to tell him what had happened to the oil pan. After 10 minutes of speaking I decided that this is where I would have my repairs done. I had asked if I could furnish the parts for the repair since I had already purchased them. The majority of repair shops will not allow you to purchase Parts but this gentleman said that that was fine.
