JC Imported Cars

Unprofessional with dishonest practices. My friend's car was towed to this shop. She wasn't able to be present as she is an Air Force service member and is on duty. They weren't able to fix the car given the severity of the damage. My friend and I asked if the car could be kept on their premises for a few days until the dealer had space to receive it. They agreed. We mentioned the car had been flooded with water and could not be moved (hence, why it's at the shop). Once the tow arrived days later to transport the car to the dealer, they claim to have forgotten to give the tow driver the keys to the car. Despite their mistake, they still refused to drop off the keys at the dealer located only 6 minutes away. When my friend finally arrived days later from her service duty to ask for the keys, they charged her 300 hundred dollars. Their claim is that the car was difficult to move. Worst Shop ever !!!! Please avoid at all cost you will save money time & effort!!

Sold me a car with many issues. Seemed very ancie and never asking me to sign purchase as is. Said replaced fuel pump. Instead of replacing rusted rotted fuel tank they patched it with 2 component appoxy.
