I live about 4 hours away from hartford, and was looking to get a pre-purchase inspection on a q7 before I made the trip to pick it up. They managed to fit the car in the same day and sent me a detailed report of the car including pictures and a few specific things I asked for. The tech talked to me about the car over the phone and answered any additional questions I had. A++. Very professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop.

Lex Auto Shop has the BEST customer service I have ever came across. They are honest and do not jack up the prices just for a lousy dollar. BEST EXPERIENCE BY FAR!!! My BMW was fixed in one day.
