My wife looked for the repair shop to change a tire that had burst on the car, she was offered a “semi-new” tire that was barely used, she accepted due to inexperience, the tire had a repair plug on the side/structural part of the tyre, a place where repairs are not done because, in addition to not being good, it can compromise the safety of the driver and passengers of the car, they acted in bad faith because they were an inexperienced person. Good mechanic for fixing the cars and trucks. Good jobs.
Works there aren't trustworthy and the costs of service is outrageous.
