Garavel Subaru Service

I brought my car in for a full service this past week. Subaru gave me a quote of 7,000 dollars worth of work that needed to be done to my car. Including a head gasket replacement that alone was going to cost 3800 dollars. In addition they broke my axle during inspection. My car was driven to service and was unable to be driven out. We had my car towed to a local shop for a second opinion and my head gasket in my car is completely fine and does not need replaced. Mind you my car was not showing any signs of an head gasket issue. I would not recommend anyone having work done at this Subaru and am very disappointed with the quote they gave me. They still made me pay for the servicing fee and didn’t even apologize about my front axle!! The local shop was half the price for the remaining items mentioned on inspection. To summarize very poor management and service tech services.

I was happy to get the loaner car, so i didn't lose a work day. Everything was made on time and I was informed about every step of the repair. They didn't push me to fix the things that were not necessary as sometimes happens at different places. Great, clean facility. Large and comfortable waiting room if i would need to stay there in the future, in the contrary to Stamford Subaru. Very nice and professional stuff. Definitely, will go back there. Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

I switched to Garavel for service on my 2022 CrossTrek. They have a large, convenient, clean facility. Conrad in the service dept is responsive and makes an effort to keep me updated via text when my car is in for service. The technicians Jeremy and Trinidad have been dedicated and thoughtful in chasing down a minor warranty concern. At some dealer service departments you feel like you’re being blown off to get you out the door, but that has not been the case at Garavel. I will continue to service my Subaru here. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
