We had a crack in our radiator and our car literally broke down just as we arrived on their lot, with 10 mins to closing, 25 mins from our destination. Lauren was so gracious and patient with us. Their main concern was getting us home safely so that we could have the vehicle repaired in a location more convenient for us. We aren't familiar with cars to they walked us through how to check the radiator pressure, gifted us a gallon of water to cool the engine with, showed us how to full up the radiator with water since the anti freeze had leaked out everywhere, helped us find the ideal route home that would be the least taxing on the vehicle, and gave us a direct recommendation to a mechanic near our home. We are so beyond grateful for their kindness and while we weren't serviced by them, they absolutely were our heroes that night.
