I never write reviews about my experiences with businesses, but I am so unhappy with my experience here. I've read a bunch of reviews saying this place was great, not my experience at all. I called this place about a dent in the body of my car, and was told by them when to bring my car in. I live very close to this shop and drive by it often. I was surprised to see my car sitting outside in the same parking spot for over a week. Not sure why they had me bring my car in so early then. The first time I called the office, I was told they had the parts needed to fix my car. About a week later, I called again to see when my car would be ready and was told that they had just ordered the parts to fix my car that day. There seems to be a lack of communication between the people who work here. Throughout the whole three week process to fix a dent, I received no communication from this place even when I was told I would be given callbacks twice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Is the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop They called me twice saying the car was done in both times was not done Mud flap still hanging bumper sticking out Headlight not matching the other Is a real nightmare unreal supernice to your face But complete a******* Once you're cars in their shop And they lie about parts Do not use this shop Save yourselves that headache Can't stress it enough Don't know how they got high reviews most of did those themselves!
