I was referred to R & R by an adjuster (and the adjuster does not work with my insurance company, so there was no financial connection for him). He told me they are "the best around". I am grateful for the referral. The customer service at R & R is unparalleled. From the moment my car was unloaded from the tow truck, to picking up the vehicle, we were treated with respect and concern. They are wonderfully friendly, and more importantly, the communication was top notch. We were updated on the repairs each step of the way, and the work was performed in a shorter period than promised. This "mom and pop" business is a true gem.

R & R collision is a true gem and I cannot recommend them enough! This is a family owned business that treats every customer like family. I was so impressed by their professionalism from Rubi's scheduling and communication to Ramon's high quality repairs with huge attention to detail. Rubi even helped me move my car seats into my rental car. If that's not going above and beyond, I'm not sure what is! They are all so incredibly kind in addition to being great at what they do. My husband also had a great experience a few years ago. Ramon uncovered a factory defect in my husband's truck that was causing water and mold buildup on the interior. A true family owned and operated business, where each family member working there is very kind, knowledgeable, and puts 100% effort into caring for you and your vehicle from project start to finish. Their collision work is top notch with professional results and I will not go anywhere else. Three cars repaired by Ramon, each one came back to me in perfect condition. Last car was challenging at many levels along with insurance issues, Ramon and Rubi went above and beyond to ensure the car was repaired with the correct parts.
