This repair shop is absolutely fantastic. They are completely fair, and keep you in the loop on everything. When we first went in, we thought one of our cars needed a heater core replacement. Charlie and his crew looked into the problem and found it was a much less intense repair. They've always been honest and upfront about what they're doing. Charlie and his crew are awesome and really know what they're doing. They're very thorough about diagnosing issues and getting to the root of the problem. When they find issues, they take time to walk you through how they found the problem and what options you have. Turnaround time on repairs is quick - even big jobs only took a day or two. Charlie's also great about sourcing parts for a good price and he's very upfront about the cost breakdown. You really can't find a better shop than this one.
