Saracino Diesel Repair

Very poor communication with the customer. Brought my truck in on a Sunday evening for them to do a diagnostic . Called them first thing on Monday morning to explain what symptoms the truck had and was told that it would be done by that afternoon and they would call with the results. No call from them so I called 5 minutes before closing time and they told me that they hadn’t got to it. They said it would be first thing the following morning. No call by the afternoon so I called again and they said that they could not do the diagnostic because of a road closure and they would do it the following morning. I did finally get a call from them at 2:30 explaining what they had found. I asked if they could check one more item on Wednesday and they said sure and would call me back later that day. I didn’t receive a call back on Thursday or Friday so I called and they said that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday. I told them no thanks and asked what I owed and it was much more th

They did an engine diagnostic and said my turbo and actuator needed to be replaced. They Changed turbo and actuator but didn't fix the check engine light. Tried to charge me an extra $1500 to change a nox sensor. Was pretty disappointed after reading all the great reviews this place had. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Really enjoyed talking to the guy who worked on my van, but he was not thorough with replacing my fuel filter. They replaced it about a month ago and changed the oil, $350, not bad. But now i’m looking at $1000 repair cost for the fuel filter and connecting components leaking terribly because of negligence on the part of the Saracino crew. Very disappointing and costly.
