I had a great experience - I scheduled my appointment online and got accurate text notifications, so the entire scheduling/drop off/pick off process was super easy. I also paid +$30 less for MORE services than I previously paid at a Grease Monkey just to get my oil changed - their pricing is very reasonable and fair. Glad to have found an auto shop that I can trust with my car moving forward - I won't be going anywhere else! Services: Oil change, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My check engine light came on in my car. Took my car to this west highlands auto repair shop. Told us there was major rust on the fuel tank and is leaking gas and that the EVAP wasn’t working properly. And said if we were to repair it, the quote was $1000. Took it to another certified service shop. They told us it was just the gas cap and the mass airflow sensor. I don’t know where in the world this West Highlands auto repair shop place got this “diagnostic” but it would’ve costed us a lot more than what it really needed. I would give a 0 star rating if I could, but will settle with a 1 star. Service: Auto maintenance

I brought my car in with multiple issues and they were extremely helpful at communicating the levels of urgency for each of them. I felt really comfortable taking their advice on what to address. Communication throughout the labor was clear and prompt and the work was done really quickly. Fair prices and extremely respectful.
