I can’t say enough good things about Mike. He is an amazing and honest mechanic that will always be very straight up with you and never try to sell you on anything you don’t need. Trust is earned. Well, Mike certainly earned mine. First time I ever went in to see him was about 10 years ago when he was at Just Brakes. I had quotes from 6 other places for an assortment of brake repairs that were $700-$1000 dollars for rotors, brakes, and the whole works from other shops who took a look at my car. Mike was manning the desk at the time, came right outside to get my car, took one look, and told me they were all trying to rip me off. He showed me in detail what all the parts were, when/how they look when they go bad, and said that the only thing I needed was brake pads. I haven’t taken my car to any other mechanic since then. Mike and Chris at Nichols Auto Repair are superstars. The course of the last three days I had three cars (Jeep and two Subarus) with problems- AC coolant leak, check engine light for evap leak and rear strut repair. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the problems, they did it quickly, efficiently and reasonably. I can’t recommend Nichols auto highly enough! They are my favorite mechanics❤️

Got a pre purchase inspection done here. They were nice enough to see me without an appointment and were quickly able to find that the oil pan leak the seller had told about was much more severe than implied. Saved me a huge headache and a decent amount of money.
