Great shop. One of the big chain autoshops told me that my struts were blown and I had a $3000 repair bill. Took the truck to Merkl's for a second opinion and they told me that my entire suspension system is in fine shape. Great people and honest assessments.
Took my Jeep in because a cheap oil change spot was pressuring me to replace a tire part ASAP. But I didn't understand why as nothing seemed wrong. Scheduled an appointment here, checked out my car for any problems, & they found nothing. And they didn't even charge me! Appreciated their help & will definitely be back whenever any issues arise. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance
Well I can't really say I know how they are. I called to make an appointment to fix my van but I don't have the money. They wanted 3 grand to do the transmission !!! I thought that was high and that was for a used one. I may have to sell my van for parts at this point. But the guy on the phone was nice
