My fiancée had a cracked rim and dropped her Range Rover here to have new rims and tires put on. When she got it back she drove less than a mile and realized that her tires were scraping against the wheel wells of her vehicle. She called them and they told her she had a suspension issue (one they let her leave the parking lot without telling her existed). When I then called, I spoke to two different employees both of whom had different stories but both of whom claimed that it had arrived to them in that condition. I have photos of the vehicle on the tow truck and the suspension was at normal height. I suspect that they screwed something up on the suspension and did not know how to fix it and were hoping that my partner would not notice. She would have blown her tires out had she continued to drive. They then denied any liability and pointed me to the customer service line. Terrible service. Terrible treatment of customers. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you’re prepared for them

They always take good care of me. And it's hard to find a good mechanic!

I don't like posting negative reviews but I believe I was taken advantage of here. Auto shops are either spoken of as the place that does what's best for the customer or as a place that goes after money when they can. My experience lends to the latter for this shop. My car broke down and I had to have it towed here. They didn't have the staff to take a look at it right away so it sat there from a Thurs to Monday. The staff member told me they believed it to be the timing belt and they would replace it. He did tell me that it wasn't a guarantee - but he wasn't clear on that fully. He spoke more towards the possibility of it being salvageable. The next day he called and said the car started for a second then never again. He referred me to a more specialized shop. After the fact my buddy in the industry told me that I had an interference motor and that work should never have even been done. I called the shop I was referred to and explained the situation without mentioning Goodyear and sai
