Having been in the auto service industry for 35 years, the last 25 specifically with BMW, I am a pretty particular customer. Bill Cray, Patty & Bob Tunnell along with their techs, Jon and Zach, have gone well beyond my expectations for a BMW repair facility (of ANY TYPE)!! Their “Can Do” & “Won’t stop til it’s fixed” attitudes are exemplary in the auto (Bimmer) repair universe. I simply cannot give a greater endorsement for anyone who drives a BMW! I can’t say enough about this place. Bill and team took care of us while we were in dire straits. We drove from WI and had a light come on.
