I could not be happier with my experience with Caliber! Every employee I came into contact with was extremely helpful and seemed to really care about doing a good job. The entire process from my insurance making the appointment to picking up my car was super easy and painless. Not the employees fault, but I was completely refused service to repair a dent because my car is fully electric. Apparently there’s a corporate ‘safety’ policy (hence not employees’ fault). However, I have had a dent fixed on the selfsame electric car at another Caliber Collision in Boulder. So it’s either techno- discrimination or technical cowardice; either way pathetic and laughably incompetent. Great opportunity for another company to pick up a rapidly growing market segment in Denver and the US. Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car with a couple of scratches. Some seemed bottomless, and I was ready for the necessary painting. But the service advisor - Darren, decided to try a polish first. He (and a guy on service) polished all scratches in 20 min! My Rover shines like new! I want to thank you a lot, Darren! Service: Painting
