Have been coming to Doc Autos for about 6yrs, they were also great and the new owners are too., the oiil change was good and they pointed out other things that we might want to fix, they went out of there was to drilling some holes in our walker to make it taller, so helpful. I was just gifted my grandfather’s car when he passed and it’s been sitting for a little while I needed to get it checked out so I Hit and they did a great job. Told me exactly what needed to be done and did an oil change. I then brought my every day car in to have it serviced since I just purchased it I wanted it to get checked out and they looked over everything and gave me an itemized list of what to do in the future. That gives me so much peace of mind. They were awesome to work with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on their car. They are very honest and as a single woman I appreciate that since so many other places try to upsell me or give me things I don’t need .
After using FTA ( in Erie) for years (and being fumbled by them repeatedly), I started bringing my vehicle to Doc. I've been beyond pleased with the service, and have been 3 times already! It's super important for me to have a well-maintained vehicle as I drive for a living. It's more important that I can trust a place with my literal livelihood, and I've found that trust with Doc. What a great, honest group of people. Henry is especially helpful and respectful and I trust him (which can be hard to do with auto repair shops!) Also, they are $300-500 dollars less expensive than FTA (on big maintenance itmes) which is incredible for someone like me who needs constant maintenance. For the 1st time in 3 years, I haven't had to return to a shop for them to fix mistakes that were made while getting things fixed in the 1st place. So much appreciated!
