Brakes Plus

This SPECIFIC Brakes Plus is AMAZING! The staff are knowledgeable, super helpful, and friendly, and they do great work! They don't nickel and dime us, and we never feel scammed and cheated. We have had other places make fictitious coolant leaks and stuff.....We have 4 cars, and they take excellent care of all of them.

I bought a battery from this Brakes Plus a few months ago. This weekend, my car died; I jumped it and took it to Brakes Plus and asked them if they could see if it was the battery that was the issue. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to work in my vehicle in a very timely manner and determined that the battery they sold me was defective; they replaced it immediately at no charge, and even provided free Lyft rides to/from while my vehicle was being worked on. The whole team was awesome, but Del in particular was so amazingly helpful and kind. They really turned a stressful car-trouble experience into a relatively quick and pain-free experience. They did me justice, and I will be coming back to take care of whatever I need to. I was at another location two weeks prior and this location provides a friendlier tone and honest work. Brittany & Gerry were extremely helpful and even got me to my job so I didn't miss any money. Customer service to the full extent. - Brent
