I had a nail in the tire of my Mercedes-Benz E400 coupe, and because it was a run flat tire, the dealership would not fix it. Instead of having to replace four tires I was able to get the tire repaired saving me money and time. Excellent job. Also, this was at no charge. The manager had me in and out in 45 minutes.
My car had a tire in the screw. I was able to get my tire fixed in a few hours. They replaced the spare back into the trunk. Wil took care of me while I was there. Great service.
Wil and the Big O team run a great shop. They’re always honest, friendly, and offer quality services at a fair price. I bring all my cars here for regular maintenance and they’ve always gotten be back on the road fast for both scheduled appointments and drop ins. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and would recommend.
