This shop is top notch and I highly recommend them. My friend and long time Parker local made the suggestion, and I am very happy with the experience especially after having a less than stellar one somewhere else. Brian was very professional and kept me informed, and the shop technicians are experts at what they do. The pricing for what was done to my truck was great as well. Sad to say, but we have not had a good experience with this shop. They rebuilt our transmission n our truck over a year ago. In August of 2023, our transmission started having trouble. We took it back to them, and each time they said nothing was wrong. Maybe we were driving it differently (that was a bit offensive). We took the truck back 4 times, and each time nothing was done to fix the problem. We finally had to have our neighbor figure out the problem with the transmission, so we took it back here and told them the issue. They said they would rebuild us another transmission and were ordering the core from back east. That was well before Christmas 2023. We have heard nothing from them since. We called yesterday and today for an update, and they don't have any. They sure seem reluctant to honor their warranty and make this right. The only reason we keep going back is because the transmission is under warranty and we shouldn't have to pay a new shop for a working transmission. It i
