Everybody at the shop was phenomenal the entire business transaction took only a couple days they did wonderful body and paint work

First, the work they did was awesome. There was not a lot of damage to my car they painted and replaced the panel on my car like pros. To get them to do the work was the hard part. I dropped off my car, and they had it for most of a week, then gave it back to me because they did not have enough people to do the work they had. Then, when u dropped my car back a month later, the part they had when I dropped off my car the first time was damaged and not usable. Not their fault. It was damaged, their fault they didn't know it was damaged until they had my car. I got a phone call 3 days after I dropped off my car telling me it was going to be 2 more days. Like I said, it's great work not great, execution. Would still use them. Just don't make plans on having your car when you want it.

This is for the Loveland location. Great service and great folks! I had my VW Jetta Sportwagen worked on. My mind was always at ease with their updates every day. They are willing to accommodate based on your schedule. Such an easy and great experience. No headaches whatsoever. I highly recommend!
