Was sent here for repairs from an accident, did a wonderful job. Would do business here again.
It took 3 months and one week to get my car back. Throughout that time, I was constantly given the runaround as to when it would be done. I got what seemed to be automated text messages stating what work was being done on my car, only to find out the info was inaccurate and misleading. Then more excuses were given, including; their tech who was working on my car quit his job. A reputable business would have a back-up plan in unexpected cases such as that. Instead it became the go-to excuse as to why it was taking a ridiculous amount of time to fix my car. Never again will I use Gerber, and I will not recommend Gerber to any of my family, friends, or even acquaintances who find themselves in an unfortunate circumstance of needing glass and or collision repairs for their vehicle.
