These people are so amazing and what every business should be. They helped me out with patching a flat a few months ago and fit me in the same day and went above and beyond in every way. I thought I left a review then but I was just going through my reviews on Google and am not seeing it so I figured I’d post one now just in case it didn’t go through. They treat you like family and do good work. A small town feel with good values. My go to from now on! Thanks again!

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and breaks. When I called in and then dropped off my car I told the front desk ladies, who were very nice, welcoming and friendly about my desperate need of breaks. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and I only got a call at 4:30pm about the estimate for the breaks and everything else, when I asked if they would have time to do the breaks I was told they could be done by the end of business day the next day. To me, this was very disappointing because I believe when you schedule an appointment early enough in the day you expect the work to be performed within a reasonable timeframe, not 6 hours for an oil change and inspection, but maybe I am wrong because I am not a mechanic. But again, what are appointments to drop off your car good for? What if I had chosen to wait for my car there, would the same apply or would I have gotten priority? I have been to other automotive mechanic shops and I have never had to wait 6 hours for an oil chan

My family had been going to them for years before it changed hands. I really am disappointed with them. Every time I would get my truck fixed something related to the "fix" would break. I got tired of the upselling and lack of due diligence so I found a new mechanic. However, My wife still had a oil punch pass to use during that appointment they said she needed a transmission service and overfilled the transmission by 3 Qts, goodbye 3rd and 4th gear. I know there is a lot of loyalty to this place and I wish them nothing but the best. But we will never go back.
