Really great people! It's hard to find a mechanic who isn't condescending but they explain things so well and without being harsh toward your knowledge (or lack thereof) of cars. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Plus, the issue a was actually solved quickly and painlessly. My car is now in perfect condition. This is 100% my go to place. 5 stars and then some! I took my car to Loris after having work done at a big box auto repair because something seemed off. Loris was extremely patient with me and did a thorough check of my car and explained/ showed me in a way I could understand what was going on. Turns out the other place had not done good work and took advantage of me being naive to car things. Loris went above and beyond and taught me a lot about my car and what to look for. As a single young female, it feels extremely nice to have found a place that I feel comfortable taking my car and not feeling dumb for asking questions.
