Pride Auto Care

I’m feeling disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. I took my car in for squeaking over bumps, and dropped it off for the whole day. There was fair customer service over the phone and I was feeling confident and relieved to have it fixed and to pick it up. Unfortunately the issue was still very audible when I picked it up, even though they said they fixed it and that they didn’t hear it after the test drive (that was at the time I picked it up). I drove it less than a block and had to go back! They gave me some information for over the weekend, but basically said I had to drop it off another day for them to figure it out. I am from out of state, here for school, and am very frustrated with my experience, especially because I had to pay for a service that didn’t fix the issue I came in for, and don’t have a lot of flexibility during the weekdays because of school. As always super pleased with the services received from Pride!!! My car overheated so I called Pride and they got my vehicle in right away. They did a thorough inspection and established what the issue was. Completed the maintenance on this and gave my vehicle a look over and let me know I also had an issue with a belt that had been making noise. They replaced my belt and did an oil change all in the same day. Customer service received by Dillon and a Nicole was 5 star. When my car left me stranded I wasn’t even stressed because I knew my first call was going to be to Pride! Thank you again :)

On this visit, Pride performed a number of services - oil change/oil and air filter changes/coolant change/brake fluid change/inspection. They also arranged for an outside firm to come in and replace my windshield while the vehicle was with them. All work was done well and with great communication. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
