At Autonation Toyota, I had been quoted $350.00 just to order a new sun visor for my Land Cruiser. Turns out, I didn’t even need a new one, just an experienced mechanic that knew how to screw the one I had back into place!!! Perfect now!!! I will be bringing all my future service for both of my vehicles to Keller instead of the freaking dealership!!! Great service, courtesy discount saved me enough to pay for the new tires I will need to get soon, as they found a nail while doing a courtesy inspection on the rest of my vehicle. I have an "06 Prius that had it's catalytic converter stolen and the total repair costs were completely reasonable. The labor fees were no where no near excessive and they performed no shady mechanic business tactics whatsoever. They have amazing customer service; they were kind, friendly, and always offered the best customer service. If you're unsure on where to go to repair your car seriously just go here. They don't take advantage of those who are unknowledgeable in cars. Something all shady mechanics should ask themselves is "If I perform scams and unneeded repairs that are solely for money grabbing and push customers away, did I really make more money in the end than if I just had made a loyal connection and had the same customers return?" They couldn't help me because it was something that only the dealership could repair , that being said I would highly recommend these guys they are professional, polite and have tremendous customer service( 10x times better than my dealership). They go above and beyond and are super fair! ...I never write reviews so giving my time to write this means they are worth it ! Thanks guys for the help Alli with the 2016 Mercedes-Benz ????
