Setup an appointment online. Called to confirm and they said my request for an appointment was denied because they don't work on Audi vehicles. I received no response, no courtesy call stating that the appointment was cancelled. Oddly enough when you select your vehicle make on their website "Audi" is listed amongst many others. 4 stars for making an effort. Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I have been taking to Honest1 for many years. The engine over heated Nov 2022 , I immediately drove it to Honest 1. They had to replace some parts. They had it for close to two weeks , I had to pay for a rental. I ended paying for a whole fix engine job and even lugnuts on the wheels were worn. I paid $5000 total.. I recently was informed the engine mounts were worn, I took it in to Honest1 and I was corrected it was the transmission mount. I was quoted $850 to repair. If they noticed lugnuts , it seems the transmission mount would have been worn 4 months ago, it did not happen overnight. I can't spend another $850. I started with them 4 years ago and they never steered me wrong, I feel this time was different, and am disappointed.. Excellent service when I went in for full brake replacements and new suspension. Team went above and beyond to ensure the parts installed met their quality standards. Got everything taken care of quickly as well!
