Honest and reasonable. I took my car into a different shop because my car was over heating. They had told me I needed a brand new engine and it would cost me $12,000. I took my car to Complete Auto Repair for a second opinion and thank god I did. Turns out I did not need a new engine and the repairs I would actually need was 1/4 of the cost the other people wanted to charge me. Very thankful for them and will definitely go to them anytime I need something done. Thank you thank you thank you!! ❤️
The lack of communication in scheduling services has been a huge disappointment. I was a dedicated client for several years and referred lots of people to CAR. It is so sad that since the change in ownership they've stopped caring about getting people in and just totally disregard longtime loyal customers.
Ryan, Louie and the team of mechanics at Complete Auto Repair on S. Union are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and do excellent work. They helped me at a very challenging time and went above and beyond for which I will always be grateful. They are good human beings. My cooling system is now working great, thanks to them.
