I dropped off my car here and left it with them since 9.12.21. It was a complex issue involving the transmission control module, which is why I just picked it up today Oct 5th, the parts would take some time and the shop was busy. I recieved good and bad news today from Brian. 1 is that after unplugging TCM for an extended time and than plugging back in. This seemed to resolve issue. Good news considering the repair was going to cost me roughly $2300. Not sure why an expert wouldn't do that first befire ordering an expensive part, but I'm not an expert. Than the bad news.. oh by the way there is a pretty big dent on the side of the door but I looked at our cameras and it didnt happen at our shop. So your saying the dent was already there? Lol. But you thought it was important to point out to me? If the dent was there , seems a bit odd your so concerned about it. There was no dent on the car when it was dropped off... and you checked your cameras? Those cameras followed the car
Very very good service. I feel like I've known the owner,( Brian) for years. Very dear man. I needed to feel safe driving my car so I took her to the clinic and they took very good care of her. Now I feel safe out there on the road. Thank you Colorado Car Clinic.
Even if I've moved away I will always be grateful for the knowledge and kindness from this shop. Thank you guys for keeping myself and my family safe on the road!!
