Great local spot, treat you like family. They have a great system when they check your car in and send an online profile of your car, what they found rating the fixes as if they need to be completed, or if they could be done without it for now, etc. They've never hidden anything from me, and have always been fair and honest with me in regards to my car and the prices. They are well connected in the community, and if they can't fix the problem, they know someone who can. Love these guys, and tell everyone who needs car work done to take it to theses guys first. I had an extraordinary experience at Urban Autocare in Wheat Ridge. I had just lost my job when my car broke down, and I was in a really tough financial situation. I decided to go to Urban Autocare because it was the closest repair shop. Jeremy was very compassionate and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and went above and beyond to help me out in any way he could. I am extremely grateful for his help. I could not have asked for better service and engagement with the problem. My truck engine was having trouble idling, and they solved the problem, they and did before and after photos with a scope. Brittany is very good on the phone and effective at problem solving.
